Hi

i use RemoteDesktopManager v11 on my clients. we have setup remote desktop service on a server and some clients connect to this at the same time.
now, i have a problem with a client. when i want to connect to the server with RemoteDesktopManager ,i faced with this error "the remote desktop was disconnected because there are no remote desktop client access". but, i can connect to the server with windows remote desktop , and works fine.

i delete MSLicensing from Windows Registry for several time , remove RemoteDesktopManager and reinstall it , upgrade RemoteDesktopManager to version 12 . but i still have the problem.

***** i can connect to the server with RemoteDesktopManager , only when i set it to admin mode , with admin account and not client's account ****

i need help to solve this problem.

plzzzzzz

Hello,

Could you please try disabling the NLA checkbox in the connection tab of the Properties of your RDP session?

i can't connect only to this one host with RemoteDesktopManager , and i can connect to the other servers with RemoteDesktopManager and windows remote.

Hello,

Are you connecting to a Terminal Server?

Did you start MSTSC.exe as Administrator after deleting the keys?

We have an Online Help article which might contain more information;

it was finally fix. i didn't know that there is a MSLicensing directory in the WOW6432node.
i delete this directory (HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\MSLicensing) and my problem has been Resolved.
