Number Block in SSH Shell

avatar

Hello,

has anyone issues with the NumPad in a SSH Shell? Only the numbers above the letters work, no one from the number block.

Would it be possible to add the function?

RDM Version: 12.6.6.0

Thanks!

Best Regards,
Min

Hello Min,

Can you check the "initial keypad mode" value in the SSH Shell entry? It's located in the "terminal" tab. Could you try setting it to "normal" and see if this changes anything?
You can also try changing the "disable application keypad mode" setting and see if it changes anything.

Hi Hubert,

thanks for your fast answer!

Tried the two settings already and for secure now again - unfortunately with no change - remote system is a Debian 4.9.30-2+deb9u2 (2017-06-26).

Thank you!

Hello Hubert,

after some tests I think the "issue" was not really an issue - a reinstallation of RDM and configure the option, that you above mentioned (initial keypad mode) to disabled works now flawless for the ssh-session entrys.

Thanks for your hint! ;)
