Hi there,
Would you guys be able to assist me with one issue that I have when I configure a web browser session in RDM, for some reason I'm not able to configure it in embedded mode?
if I configure it in the embedded mode it opens a second tab that I don't know what it is (shown in pic), not being able to configure this in embedded mode is preventing me to configure auto fill which is a must requirement in the company that I work for.
Would you be able to help me on this?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
We use third party librairies for the integration of Chrome and Firefox in embedded mode. For IE, we use the same Microsoft ActiveX that is installed at the same time as your browser.
Could you try to use Chrome or Firefox in embedded mode to see if your website react differently.
Best regards,

Hi Jeff,
I have tried all the available browsers in RDM, Chrome, FireFox and none of them work.I only have issues configuring this URL.
One thing that I notice is that right before this URL opens a little window on the bottom right corner pops up and closes right away I think that I the little tab I highlighted on this top.
Is there any option in RDM that blocks pop ups ? for some reason it only works when i open external.
regards
Hello,
When you open the website in external mode, do you see the popup? Could you post a print screen.
If none of the web browser function in embedded mode for this website, indeed, you would need to launch it in external mode.

Hello again,
Quick question: Is this a public URL? Could you provide us the link so that we can have a look at it please.

Hello,
Even going through your web browser directly the pop up is too quick?
About the pop up blocking in RDM, we don't have any option regarding this. Using Google Chrome embedded, you can ignore the certificates and authentication certificate errors, but not sure that this will help with your issue, but you can give it a try.
If it's not working, the solution would be to launch this specific website and use our Devolutions Web Login extension to send the credentials to the website.
