Information Tab not working
Hello, i'm trying to use the information tab but when i open it, there isn't any data in any tab (general, software etc) and is grayed out so i can't register this information my self. This is happening in any computer in my network.
Please advice

What version of RDM are you running?
What type of data source are you using?
Could you post a print screen of what you see please.

This feature is currently not available in the free edition of RDM, however, this limitation will be remove soon, but I don't have a timeline for this removal.

What you can do for now it you absolutely need this information is to download the Enterprise edition of RDM.
You can use this version for free for 30 days.
