Hi,

I'm still testing this software out in my environment and I can't seem to get Microsoft Office documents to open with Office 2013 installed. I tested on an Office 2007 box and it opens the documents without an issue. When trying to open the documents on a machine with Office 2013 installed, RemoteDesktopManager freezes and the mouse cursor turns into the spinning wheel of watch paint dry. I let it sit for 10 minutes and nothing happened. I had to close RemoteDesktopManager from Task Manager in order to use it again for RDP, etc.. Thoughts?

Hi
We use a third party to open it embedded. We will verify with them to see if the have an update. This is tricky and might be version dependent.

I just noticed that I am able to open the documents from Windows 7 x64 using Office 2013 x86. I had the issue yesterday with opening the documents with Windows 8 x64 and Office 2013 x86.
