Apple Remote Desktop freezes when someone is iMessaging

using latest RDM for windows to remote into my mac OS X 10.12.6.

If I am using iMessage to text people, RDM freezes when the other person is typing. This does not happen if I use Remotix.

We have tested with this version on a Mac with the same version without issues.

What type of Mac system do you have?

Also, what is the version of the Apple Remote Desktop on your Mac?
