Add support for KeepTool HORA

Hi,

Our engineers often use HORA as an application for database administration. They would like to be able to have it as an entry in RDM and start it from there, so they can have their central list of tools. Would it be possible to add it?

KeepTool can be called from the command line, so it shouldn't be to hard. An invoke from CMD would look like:

"C:\Program Files\KeepTool\KeepTool 11\Hora.exe" USER/PASS@SERVER
