Inherited Credentials (I think) by Default

Having recently rebuilt my laptop, I seem to have lost some RDM configuration and I cant work out how it was set up before.
Historically here is what I had configured
* Multiple AD Domain configured, with computers added by AD synchronisation task
* Private Vault credentials for each RDM user
* User specific settings set in the Domain Root RDM folder for each user.
This used to work a treat!
The issue I am seeing is that now when a synchronise with the domain, new computer objects do not automatically inherit the credentials as supplied in the root.
There an setting somewhere, but sorry I cant seem to find it.

Hello,
Maybe you had modified your default settings to set newly created entries to use "inherited credentials". Those a stored in your local app data folder.
The more robust solution would be to create a shared template with your preferences, and set the synchronizer to use that template?

Templates! That was it, thank you very much.
I had a quick check of the manual and Im guessing I created a local template and not a server template.
Anyway the import is now working again.
