Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise Edition
Version 12.5.4.0
I have the File, Options, Types, SSH/Telnet (Rebex) Auto register SSH fingerprint option enabled. However, when making a connection, I still get prompted to register the fingerprint.
I added this session via Edit, New Entry, Entry --> Session --> SSH Shell. Note that it's not the "Putty --> Putty" session type, or the "Putty --> SSH Shell (Rebex)" session type.
I know there is an "Always accept fingerprint" available in this session type (General --> Advanced; that option does suppress the prompt), but due to the current quantity of connections that we are building, plus future maintenance, not having to select this option each time is ideal.
Thanks!

Hello,
We have been able to reproduce your issue and a ticket has been submitted to our engineering department.
Thank you so much for reporting this!
Best regards,

Thanks!
Hello Trodke,
This feature will be added in the next minor release of RDM in File -> Options -> Types -> Terminal. There is now an "Always accept fingerprint" combobox there which can be set to true or false.
In the connection's properties the checkbox has also been changed to a combobox of the same name. If the value is "default" it will take the value set in the options. If it is set at "true" or "false" then it will take the value set locally in that connection's properties.
If you have any questions please do contact me again on this thread.
Regards,
Michaël Beaudin
Thanks for the quick response and fix!
