Add a use for all sessions when attempting to open sessions with saved credentials instead of prompt

For each server when attempting to open without selecting choose credentials, yep you are prompted and there is not a use this credentials for all if you do that. This stinks if you accidentally click incorrectly on multiples and then you have to click cancel for each so add a cancel all or use credentials for all.
