"My Personal credentials" don't pass through to VMware Remtoe Console connection
My PowerCLI is set up properly and I can open VMware Remote Console when storing my username and password directly in a connection. However, if I use "My personal credentials", which have my user name and password, I get an error when PowerShell opens up.
It appears that the following command is passed:
Connect-VIServer MYSERVERNAME -Credential $mycreds
I get the errors:
Invalidlogin
and
Cannot complete login to do an incorrect user name or password.
I am capturing the errors with a screen recording application as the PowerShell window closes right after the error message.

After a test on my side, if you separate the username and the domain in My personal credentials it won't work for VMRC entry. We will look at this problem and inform you as soon as the problem is solved.
As a temporary solution you can set the Username field with your_user@the_domain_name and it works on my side.

What version of RDM are you running?
What type of data source are you using?
What is the issue exactly? Do you receive an error message of any kind?

So I am trying to access the VMRC from the vsphere but when I do so it asks for credentials for my domain user and for some reason can't authenticate the login credentials even though I know they are right. It appears to only be relevant with machines with Windows 10 as the operating system.

What type of session have you created? Is it a web browser entry? If yes, are you launching it in embedded or external mode?
