RDM as Remote APP
im having issues with RDM as a remote APP.
everything seems to be going fine, but suddenly when its inactive the screen becomes white.
if i try to close the window, im prompted by RDM if i wish to close, so the application has not crashed.
any suggestions ?

Hi Kent,
When we use RDM as a Remote App and we have a problem, a great start is to confirm that the installation has been made as a Terminal Server Installation (because Remote App is TS).
Could you please confirm that RDM has been configured like this help topic.
