Compare RDM Cred Repo to Password Vault Manager
Can you tell me the difference between the features in the RDM Credential Repository and the separate Password Vault Manager product? It's not clear and I'm wondering if we're missing something by using the former without the latter.

Hi,
It is based on the same core but if you want to mix two different database with RDM, you can use an external database usedby PVM.
For example, you could use your own credentials saved locally with your corporate data source.

CAn PVM use the RDM database? Could we buy PVM licenses and connect the clients to the MSSQL database we maintain in RDM?
Yes it can. It's the same exact structure. PVM just does not show all the RDM entry types.
