Unable to delete entry in RDM/DLVS

Afternoon,

We have an web site entry in RDM that we cannot appear to delete. The entry can be edited and moved to another folder/group elsewhere within RDM fine. At times, when we delete the entry it appears to be removed but upon closing and re-opening RDM the entry re-appears.

We are running version,
- RDM 12.5.6.0
- DVLS 4.5.0

Any ideas on how this can be removed, or why it keeps re-appearing? We recently installed DVLS on a brand new server setup, and is running on an SQL Express instance, so hoping there are no issues with this. We have been able to add new entries and edit existing ones fine so far, this is the first issue we have had.

Hello,

Could you try to do a CTRL + F5 to refresh the local cache and then try to delete your entry.

Hi Jeff,

That's perfect, looks to have done the trick.

I tried the standard refresh option but guess this does not force a rebuild if the client cache, which the Ctrl + F5 method does.

I'll keep an eye on it, and if we have any other issues I'll get back to you.
