Notes - Adjust window size

It would be great to be able to see more than three lines in the "notes" entry for items... If you have the window (RemoteDesktopManager) in full screen, you have a lot of room to be able to expand that, but I have to scroll as it stands now.

Yeah that's better than what it was, but I think we could do better yet; it still has a lot of wasted space (if you have more than ~17lines you have to scroll while its only using half of the screen. This is no complaint, its better than what I had so thank you!
