Client freezes while loading Connections from Datasource (SQL)

i've got a failure with the remote desktop manager enterprise version 12.5.4.0:
on a new client, vmware view desktop, after installing the desktop manager enterprise client software, i can't read the connections from a sql datasource. the client freezes and crashes after some minutes. only a reset of the client machine may help.
the following steps are done: install the client software, restart the client, start the client software and import the config-file (from our company), restart the client software, log in with ad-credentials, install the plugins, restart the client software, and now it crashes.
os is a windows 10, version 1607, in a ms ad-domin, the ms sql-server is in the same subnet and ad-domain.
