Using Cryptoterm with RDM - Display problem
Hello,
We using Remote Desktop Manager in our company, we have multiple entries, some of them are associate with entries which open a soft "Cryptoterm", this soft allow to connect to servers in SSH.
The problem is when we launch the entry, Cryptoterm opens as expected but there are some ergonomy problem described below :

Notice there are two tab opened, when we switch Cryptoterm tab to an another tab, the display problem occure, indeed the cryptoterm window also appears in others tabs instead of staying in his original window.
Do you have any idea to fix that ? We don't want to use Putty, I have looking in Cryptoterm parameters but I don't find anything about this display problem...

Cryptoterm is opened on first tab, in the second tab a RDP connection is opened. I have opened the second tab : https://lightpics.net/i/Ifm
The Cryptoterm windows is on RDP tab, normally it has to stay in his original window.
It seems like Cryptoterm is not optimized to work with RDM...
Honestly I don't know what we can do. We have no control over Cryptoterm. Do you have an idea?

Hello neil,
If I understand correctly, the session launch in embedded is the putty session, but it is launching the 3rd party program, Cryptoterm is not something that we have implimented to work in embedded. Cryptoterm probably have a setting that keeps the application over any other window. Once the session is launched, can you move Cryptoterm to another screen ?

Indeed, I think it is a setting on Cryptoterm, we will check this again.
