Add WEBDAV for WINSCP

Add WEBDAV as a configuration option for WINSCP instead of having to utilize the WINSCP session for this.

Hello,

WinSCP has the ability to configure WebDAV as a session

If you could include this ability to include WebDav for WinSCP within the configuration of RDM like FTP, SFTP, SCP, (new option WebDav) instead of using the session option of WinSCP

We've added HTTP and HTTPS protocols to WinSCP. If you could try this and tell us how it goes. It will be available in the next patch.
