Custom Parameters (prompted) for all sessions

Hi,
Would it be possible to add the same feature for Custom Parameters that are in Command Line sessions to all session types?
I want to prompt the user for a destination port when creating a SSH Tunnel, rather than having it hard coded.
Currently, I can only find/use the Custom Parameters which prompt the user for values when connecting for Command Line sessions.
