Hello,
What version of RDM are you using?
Best regards,
Marc Beauséjour
Hi I use the latest version 3.5.4.0
I will ask our QA to reproduce it.

Hi,
We found a way to reproduce the issue but not constantly.
RDM doesn't seems to leave logs behind when this is happening.
Could you tell when the entry possibly has been created? A week? A month?
Best regards,
Alexandre Roy
Hi
Thanks for replying
I try to log using my google email address
it keeps crashing although I have waited for 10 sec as requsted
is there any other way to connect to chrome remote desktop?
never succeeded to connect
Hi.
we managed to pin down the issue and reproduce at 100% every time, It's a bit hard to explain but here we go.
If you start the session and you do not do anything, you can monitor the behavior and see that the focus is being placed in the field for you to be able to start typing your email adress.
If you type anything in that field before the focus happen, the next time you will click anywhere in that windows ( could be on next or even blank space, RDM will crash.
So the workaround is pretty much starting the session and let RDM do the focus on the field before you input any information in it.
Any information input in the email field before the focus happen will result in a crash.
I've sent a ticket to the engineering team to take a look at the issue.
Thanks for the report.
Best regards,
Alexandre Roy
It Works!!!
Many Thanks
Mr Atias,
In the next minor release of RDM there will be some changes to chrome remote desktop.
It will be possible to choose if the connection uses an "auto login" feature or not when it starts.
The auto login feature is working, however it lacks some fluidity at the moment. If this bothers you then you can uncheck the "Auto login" checkbox in the entry's properties and type your login information by hand.
