Macro/Scipt Execute in Current Tab and Alternate Host entires

During some macro testing, I have come across a minor issue with Macro/Scripts and executing them in the current tab.
If we have a host entry that has Alternate Hosts set in the "More" page with the option "Prompt for Selection" selected and then execute a macro from the Macro/Script dialog, pressing the "Execute in Current Tab" button - there is a popup dialog before the macro executes asking me to select the host address.
This doesn't really make sense - as the session is active - and I clicked "Execute in current tab"....
I have attached screen shots of the Alternate Hosts settings and the dialog that pops up after I click the execute in current tab button....
Running the latest release 12.5.4.0.
