Hello,

I have two compuetrs connected through USB with a KeyBoard/mouse swiching:

Since the upgrade to the 12.5.4.0, the system doesn't work when the RDM window is active !!



We've planned to deploy the RDM new version for 30 users but with this issue, it will be diffuculut..

Hello,

What version of RDM we're you using prior to the update? 12.0.8.0?

Could you try to disable the red magnet at the bottom right of RDM to see if that help.

Could you verify if you have the same issue with the latest beta? We did a small fix on how we catch the keydown and it could be related.
