Custom Install Package Creator
Morning,
We are attempting to generate a new custom installer package via RDM (using the main menu option -> Cloud Account). The package creation request has been sent and is currently in progress but it looks like it has been in this state for a while. I started one yesterday afternoon and left this running overnight but it was still processing. I then cancelled this and tried to create another one and its been in the same processing state for a few hours now.
How long would this process normally take? Is several hours to be expected?

The machine had a system dialog showing that interrupted a restart. It has been resumed and the pending packages are now being processed. You should receive a notification shortly, although you are eighth in line. It may take an hour

We are having the same issues right now.

We've identified the issue and the custom installer creation process is now back on track. It might take a little bit to get through the backlog of installers but in the next few hours everything will be back as usual. Thank you for notifying us.
