Auto fill login

Not sure if it's an issue with RDM or it's the technology in place for the site with the multiple logins available. I tried to create an embedded session which would auto fill the credentials as with my other sites and nothing happens or at least displays an error. The page I'm trying to access is (http://feedback.techsmith.com/login) and I have signed up for a get satisfaction account which happens to be the only email/password entry section which RDM detected w/o an issue.

I have a question into that applications support as it will not do a scrolling capture of my tree view sessions listing as seen in the application. It's not detecting the window as being a scrolling window. So in setting up the web session in RDM I saw that it does not seem to want to do the auto login.
