Tree view appears to have no servers in it

Hello,
I recently installed Remote Desktop Manager for the first time and configured a bunch of servers in to folders.

This morning, I went to use it and I have some how managed to make all the servers in the tree view disappear. Looking in the mobile view, they are all there, and if I do an export, all the data is there.

How do I get my tree view back?
