Copy username & password grayed out

Hi Guys,

On V12.0.7.0 the contextual menu for the credentials doesn't allow me to do a "copy username & password", it's grayed out. I only have the option to either view the password or copy password.


If the credential is set on a session, I'm able to copy the username and password.

Do I've any setting wrong?

Hello,

This was a bug in RDM 12.0.7.0.

You would need to install RDM 12.5.2.0 to get the fix. You can download this version here

Please note that a database upgrade is required. Please follow the steps below prior to the upgrade
