Dashboard disappears after first Session connect

This is very strange and I'm not able to reproduce it. Could you try to do a Windows->Reset Layout please?

In the application log is no entry since 20170412.


In Windows logs are 4 entries from the Update today (and the same at the update to 12.5.0.0 and 12.5.1.0)

Could you check the log in RDM. It's in Help-> View Application Logs

Screenshot shows the latest entry.

Could you try to go in %localappdata%\devolutions\remotedesktopmanager and rename the file remotedesktopmanager.cfg? You can also delete all the .lyt files in this folder

Please make sure to close the application before. This will reset the configuration.

The reset was done.
Now the Default Settings are active.
After the first connect, the grouped tab bar will be enabled, and jumps between All and Active.
I have disabled this feature before in the "View" Menu. Under All it is now visible. But it takes sometimes a couple of seconds before i can see the Buttons.
When i disable the grouped tab bar and enble it again, the Dashboard is complete grey without the Buttons.
Is it disabled, the Dashboard disappers after first connect.

I have completly reinstalled RDM.
I've tested with the grouped Taskbar. Problem with that is, that the Focus to the Dashboard doesn't work.
It jumps after the first Connect to the Tab "Active". When i click on another Server, it will not jump to the Dashboard anymore.
In the options the automatic focus is active.
When i click on the "All" Tab, then the jump to the Dashboard works again until i connect to the next Server. Then the tab "Active" is active.
Is there an option to disbale the groups or set the Dashboard to the active tab?

i've tested the upgrade from 12.0.8.0 to 12.5.4.0 on another client.
Same result there.
Dashboard is going to the All tab which is not visible. No jump to Dashboard if session in navigationtree is selected.
Same interesting thing, the application log, last entry is from march 27th.
My OS is Win7 64bit.
When i downgrade the Version back to 12.0.8.0 everything is fine again.
