Hi,
One of our users is periodically getting "timeouts" when he launches RDM - it seems to have issues loading the password database from PVM and then times out.
This only happens periodically, but when it happens RDM will "stall/hang" for 3-4 minutes, before the connection to PVM times out.
Afterwards RDM works, but will prompt for manual credentials for all connections as it is unable to connect to the PVM.
Technical details:
Password Vault Manager Enterprise Edition 8.1.0.0
Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise Edition 12.0.8.0
Windows 10 x64 bit - 1607

Attached screenshot shows the RDM dialog trying to open PVM but stalls - "not responding".

You mention "loading password database" and "open PVM", is PVM running at that time? If so, does it have access to the datasource?

Yes, the user launches RDM - which prompts RDM to open PVM.
PVM is running when the user experiences the issue, and works without issues, the user is able to access credentials etc.
RDM however, is stuck trying to load the credentials from PVM and fails after a few minutes.

I would like to know if the waiting window is still present and if you get the list of PVM credentials when launching the RDP session.
