Hello,

Just to be sure, do you want to enable the Offline mode or do you want to convert Offline data and import them in a Local Data Source?

Best regards,

The second one?

This is not possible directly to do that for security reason. Why do you need that?

Hello,

By cloud, do you mean Devolutions Online Drive? If yes, it may be possible for us to transfer your data.

Could you send me via private message the email address that you have used to register your Online Drive data source.

Hello,

If you have access to https://cloud.devolutions.net, you should be able to get access to your Online Drive data source.

Since you are using Online Drive, it should be possible for you to install RDM on another computer and get access to your data. Then, it would be possible for you to export your data.

Is this something that you can do?

Yes, I can sync it on computer B that can access the DOD but now can I take the data source to the computer A which unable access the DOD?

Hello,

From computer B, go in File -> Export -> Export All Entries (.rdm). This will create you a .rdm will all your entries.

Then, go on computer A and click on File -> Import -> Import Entries (.rdm) to import your data in the data source of your choice.

Hello,

Have you created a new local data source like SQLite or XML via the File -> Datasources menu prior to the import?

Hi Franics,

Can you please try this way like the attached image?

Hello Francis,

I was about to post the same thing as Min (thank you very much Min by the way) when I saw is reply.

In completion of Min post, what version of RDM are you running?

Best regards,

Jeff Dagenais

I'm using .NET 4.5.2 and that is no option to ugrade it, that mean I stuck on the RDM 11.7.3 portable forever.

Min solution work for me, now I'm imported to the SFTP datasource so my computer A and computer B both connect to the same datasouce, so no issue on the sync right.
