Arrow keys in ARD loses keyboard focus

Hi,
Since a recent update this year, inside of an ARD session, if I use the arrow keys to navigate, then the keyboard immediately stops sending keystrokes to the remote mac, and I must disconnect and reconnect to resume using keyboard with the remote mac.

Do you use RDM Mac or Windows?

I use RDM on the Windows side, Windows 10 Enterprise CB Build 1607. I remote into a Mac running 10.12.3 Sierra. Currently running 3.0.17.0, but I started having this issue as early as 3.0.14.0 or .15.0
