Unable to copy usernames or password in 12.4.4.0

Hi

When selecting "Copy Username" or "Copy Password" through right click menu or Home menu it simply states "Nothing to copy to clipboard". I've tried this on a Credential Entry directly or through a Web Browser entry that has a Credential Entry as the credential from the Credential Repository. I'm using a SQL Server backend. I can edit the Credential Entry and copy the username and password myself.

I can however copy username and password that is in a Information item (Login Account) or another item that is linked to a Information item (Login Account).

Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise Edition 12.4.4.0 64 bit on Windows 10 Pro 1607 build 14393.953.

Hi,

What type of Credential entry are you using ? is it a Username/Password credential entry ?

Sorry for taking a while to respond. Yes they are Username/Password Credential Entries.

Could it be possible that the Option *Allow reveal credentials* is unchecked on the specified Username/Password Entry.
