Ctrl+Shift+U on Firefox Not Working for the Newest Web Login Add-on

Hi,

The shortcuts on Devolutions Web Login are the same on all browsers. They can indeed be in conflict with some shortcuts in some browsers.

We could change the the default shortcuts our extension on the Firefox version. What would be the best shortcuts combinations for you?

From what I could gather from here, these two are available: Alt + Shift + U and Alt + Shift + P. I think they are okay as alternatives.

Devolutions Web Login Firefox 4.0.3.0 now is available. The shortcuts have been changed to Alt + Shift + U and Alt + Shift +P.

I installed the updated version, but the shortcuts are not working here.

I took a quick look under the hood and saw changes to the sixth line of the file "dwlfirefox.js". Are you certain that the changes are correct?

Do you have more than one credentials on the website?

Yes. I guess that was the problem. Now that you said that, I tried on another page for which only one credential was saved and it worked.

The older add-on would let the user choose between multiple credentials when the shortcuts was pressed. Are there any plans to add that functionality to the new add-on?

In the old extension, the credentials was selected in RDM first and Devolutions Web Login made the fill. Now the credentials are selected in Devolutions Web Login and it fills it.

We will add the credentials selection on shortcuts in our TODO List.
