Hello,
I attached to this post an application that displays what command was sent to it. Could you replace FortiSslVpnClient.exe with that executable and see what it outputs when you close the entry? Be sure to make a backup of the original FortiSslVpnClient.exe so you don't have to redownload it.
For the issue with the VPN group, there is no workaround at the moment but we have an idea of how we could fix it. This happens because RDM can't detect FortiClient is running (it doesn't show the green play button in the tree view), and this is an issue with a few other VPN entries.

hi
thank you
i am attaching the command that the program showed
i think the issue is with the / before the disconnect command
it is not needed
even when i type the command in cmd and use / before the disconnect iget the same error
the command should look like this:
FortiSSLVPNClient.exe disconnect
just a <space> between them
by the way if you look at the connect commands that RDM gives you will see there is no / before "connect" and it works

Hello,
I checked and this seems to be an issue with older versions of the forticlient add-on. Could you make sure your FortiClient addon is up to date? The latest version is 3.0.29.0. You can download the latest version through our website here: https://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/AddOn#VpnAddOn_FortiClientVPNSSL
To install it, just drop the DLL file where the previous VPNAddOn.dll was located, which is either in your RDM installation folder or %LocalAppData%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager.

Great! it worked
thank you
one more question:
why does the add on not updated with the software?
can i make sure its updated automaticly?
Glad to hear it works :)
At the moment it's not possible to automatically update add-ons at the same time RDM updates, but this is a feature request that is on our todo list. Feedback like this is appreciated because the more customers we have wanting a feature, the more priority we will put into adding it, where possible.
