Hello,

First of all, thanks for your support, real response and always quickly! ;-)

I have a probleme, everytimes I go from offline to online, i don' t have passwords.
If I go directly online or offline, everythings OK

The problem is exactly when:
I go online
I am disconnected
Or I go directly offline

After that
I go online
At this moment i see all the entry but whithout the credential.
(I can't see them, and if i open a connection, it ask for the credential)


I use version:12.0.8.0
Offline mode read only

We had a few issues lately with the offline mode in RDM.

Could you try RDM Beta 12.4.4.0. You can download this version here

If I use the beta 12.4.4.0., can I do it in production? or does it do something on the database ?

Hi,
There is not update to the database. Just don't use the new types like OTP and Wi-fi
