Howdy,
I have a user who just upgraded to 12.4.4.0 and now his SSH Port Forward connections don't work. He gets a strange "Username" prompt that comes up. If he puts in his username it eventually gives an SSH error. This hsa worked fine forever until he installed the new version today.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
This problem is in link with a Private Key entry. Do you use a crendetial Private Key to connect to one of your entry ?
Best regards,

Yes, he has a private key in his private vault and it is linked to the session the same way it always has been.
We all have it that way but I'm scared to update my program to test if it's just him or if it will happen to everyone...
Hello,
We have a few users with a similar issue, I think I know what the issue is. It should only happen if you don't specify a username when connecting, which causes a prompt even when not necessary.
I'll update this thread once the fix has been made internally, it shouldn't take long.

Hubert Mireault
We have the username built into the private key entry and have it set not to prompt. When the username box comes up, we do enter in the username anyway but still get the error.
Is there a way to downgrade to the previous version or do we have to uninstall and reinstall with an older version?
Not sure if I can install 12.4.3.0 over the top or if we have to uninstall first... I guess we'll see what we can do.
A fix has been made internally regarding this issue, it will be available in the next beta version of RDM.
For downgrading, someone from our support team will reply to this thread soon to give you more information on the procedure.

Hubert Mireault
The fastest and best way to downgrade from 12.4.4.0 to 12.4.3.0, is to download the 12.4.3.0 from here and unzip all the files directly in the Program Files / Devolutions folder. It will replace the 12.4.4.0 version.
Please be sure you closed 12.4.4.0 earlier.

We got the user all fixed up and told everyone else to skip this version. We'll wait for the next one.
Thanks.
