we have the following Issues with our RDM.
We are using a Ticket system called Tanss. In Tanss we have a timeline from where you can directly create support cases. This works fine with RDP and web sessions, but it won´t work with ScreenConnect. After checking the Usage View I can see that screenconnect has no End Date/Time.
After I put the close flag to the session I can see it in the Timeline.
My question is, can you tell me why there is no session ending and how we can make an auto stop after session end.
RDM Version: 12.0.8.0
SC Version: 6.0.11622.6115
RDM Extension: 1.7

Hello,
This behavior isn't normal, it should properly list the "End date/time" with ScreenConnect entries. I investigate and found the issue. It will be fixed in the next version of RDM (you will not need to update the screenconnect extension).
