BUG: Unexpected error with Tools\Macros Manager

Choosing from the ribbon: Tools -> Macros\Scripts\Tools Manager

I get the Unexpected error:

WebException - The remote name could not be resolved: 'remotedesktopmanager.com'

see the attached log.

I'm using version 8.1.3 with a remote XML data source. I don't have Internet Connection there, nor a working dns.

This is an online repository for some built in tools and it's require an Internet connection.

I imagined it.

But the bug is that it gives an unelegant "Unexpected error", and not a blank browser page - like Tools -> Translation manager....
