Web Extension doesnt detect credentials for specified site
Hello,
if the setting is configured to "Open in External Browser (Google Chrome)" the crediants fill in doesnt work (discovery from username and password are successfull) - it works with embedded - but not to 100percent - if some settings want to be changed a new tab opens with the login page, so the tab variant is useless for this site..
I guess there is a problem with a loaded java script or similar that the site not detect the credentials with the chrome extension.. Whats the best way to provide you the source code and the related js scripts?

First, I suppose you checked the "Enable web browser link" checkbox in the session Browser Extension tab and the port you use to communicate with the browser extension and RDM is the same.
Do you use Devolutions Web Login Chrome or the legacy Chrome browser extension named Remote Desktop Manager For Chrome?
When you open the session externally, does the browser extension get the credentials but doesn't fill them in the fields or it doesn't even get the credentials?
It's possible that the browser extension is not linked with RDM. What is the message in the browser extension popup when you click on the browser extension logo in Chrome?
You can send us the url of the website if it's a public website. If it's private one, you can save the web page by pressing CRTL + S on the website in Chrome. In the location where you saved the files you will find a html file and a folder with the website name. Put them both in a zip file and send the zip file. You can send me a private message if you don't want to make the website source code public.

1.) yes its enabled - I checked it at first :)
2.) I used Devolutions Web Login - Remote Desktop Manager for Chrome isn`t installed any more
3.) i point to the IP Address in the Web Browser URL from the Connection - if it opens the login site, no credential are available to fill in
4.) At the login Site the message is "No Login available" - but if i manually insert username and password and sign in - the credentials from the session are detectet on the extension - if i log out and come back to the log in form - the credential is gone and the same as before
Its on a private site, will save it as zip and send you a message...
