I'm unable to reproduce your issue.

What version of RDM are you using?

Could you send me your application log? We'll see if there is anything of help there.

You can find the application log under Help -> View Application Log. Just click the Open button in the displayed window and send me via private message the RemoteDesktopManager.log file selected.
