SSH Shell After Login Commands doesn't respect Delay variable

Not sure if this is a bug or really a feature request, but I'd like to be able to use the {delay} variable in the SSH Shell Session type with the commands in the "After Login Commands" tab just as it is used in the Events After Login Macros tab.

I know you can set the default delay, but I have one command that needs twice the delay of the others, so I'd rather set the default delay low and then use the {delay} command to introduce more delay for the one command that needs it.
