Search for Server Roles Option for Standard Search

Hello,

-) is it possible to include search for "Server Roles" as a option to the standard search? (Like Include Description)
it is already in the advanced search possible but if you search often for server roles the advanced filter is some loborious..

-) The possibilty to add Server Roles column to the Group Site for a better overview would be also helpful for a better overview.
