User cannot create entries in private vault

Hi,
One of my users has this very strange issue. When he does a right click in his private vault, the add option is greyed out. So he cannot create any entry in his vault. However, duplicate existing items works.
I have already deleted his RDM config/offline file by deleting the RemoteDesktopManager folder under c:\users\username\appdata\local\devolutions, but the issue persists.
As far as i know he is the only person who has this issue at the moment.
He uses RDM v12.0.5.0 with DLVS3.2.1.0 (we are awaiting a public dlvs fix in order to upgrade)
