Private vault is gone!

v12.0.14.0 / DVLS 4.0.7.0, SQL Server backed.

So I can no longer see any entries in my private vault, and connections with user specific settings referencing private vault entries no longer work. There is data for my account in the SQL server table, but I have no way of verifying its validity as it's encrypted. Is there any hope of restoring access to the vault entries?

Hello,

This usually is a symptom that your authentication scheme has been resolved differently then usual.

Have you modified something about your account recently? (authentication type or else)

Using File - My data source information, you will see what account is currently in context. Please use the envelope button to send that to the support team and get the process rolling.

@everyone, it looks like the local cache file was corrupted. The local cache file has been deleted by the user and the problem is now fixed.
