Secure SSH private keys with multiples users

Hello,

My needs:

Give SFTP access to servers using Winscp or Filezilla to multiples users (5-10 users) using authentication via username + SSH private/public key (no password involved connecting to remote SSH server).

We need to use the same private key to connect to all the remote SSH servers.

The users can't see, retrieve, export, copy the key (be able to re-use it elsewhere).

Users will join / leave this group of users. We have to be able to give / remove access to this setup a couple of times per year (each time a user joins/leaves the group).

Is this scenario doable with RDM?
