[SOLVED] Can't hide the navigation panel when set to "Auto Hide"

I think this is a bug... or maybe I'm incorrectly using the application?

When I set the navigation panel to "Auto Hide", it is correctly hidden the first time. But when I open it later without starting a connection, I can't get it to hide again. Clicking on other parts of the window has no effect, while I thought it would hide the panel. The only ways to hide it again are to open a connection or resize the RDM window.

Hello,

Could you try and click on the navigation pane tab to see if it hide/unhide?

Did you always unhide the navigation pane before by clicking on the remote session?

No, to this day, I worked without hiding the panel. Do you think you could make it so?

That's great ! I'll click on the navigation pane tab in the meantime. Hopefully this will be in a future release one day. ☺

Found an option that can be useful for others: Options → User Interface → Advanced → ☑ Use mouse hover to show/hide panels.

Also, I missed that before, but the close button can be used to hide the panel:
