Serious issue with IE add-in for RDM

I have been having an issue for several weeks where my IE browser occasionally causes my entire system to come to a crawl. Task manager shows no issues. Even the mouse staggers across the screen. When I can still use the system enough to kill IE, the system comes back to normal.
I have done a complete fresh install of W10 and can still reproduce this issue on a daily basis. Seems to be with large web pages with Java. Our ScreenConnect pages can almost always trigger this. Sometimes Outlook Web Access as well.


I finally un-installed the RDM IE agent a bit over a week ago and the problem has disappeared.
