Templates not visible

Hi,
I created some shared templates. If I open remotedesktopmanager on the sql server I see all 7 templates.
If I open remotedesktopmanager from my own pc/client only 4 shared templates are visible.
We are using SQL Server as datasource and the connection points to the same sqlserver and database.

What RDM version do you use? Could you try a Ctrl+Refresh?

12.0.8.0 on the server where it works and only 12.0.5.0 (local pc) where some of the templates are missing.
Just upgraded the local pc to 12.0.8.0 but did not help.
Now i uninstalled it completely and reinstalled it at problem is gone.
Lets close the case for now :-)

Hi!
We've got the Version 11.7.6.0 with a SQL-Database and round about 50 Users.
I created new shared templates in rdm (as a Administrator) and deleted the old one.
But now, all the users (expect my user) see the "old" and the "new" templates!

What's the reason and how can I enforce the deletion of the templates on all clients?

@Martin Le,

Could you ask to one of your colleague to do a CTRL + Refresh to refresh the local cache to see if the old templates that you have deleted disappear.
