I'm trying to add the app to the browser on my Chromebook but the error message keeps coming up. Any advice?

Ah, that may be why its not loading. It's a chromebook I'm trying to load it on and it does say that the app is compatible with my device when viewing it in the google web store.

You try to load the Browser extension? If it's the case it's not compatible since it requires to connect to real RDM application running on Windows or Mac locally.
