Hi,

Refer to "https://forum.devolutions.net/topic17841-search--filter-does-not-find-inside-note.aspx", this is possible to add search filter to make possible search in this kind of information item.

Hi,
Unfortunately it's not possible. RDM is not able to access the content without decrypting it and this have a huge impact on the performance.

You can try to use the tag/keyword instead.
