Remote Desktop Manager Slowing my computer

I am using version 12.0.8 64 bit and DVLS version 4.0.7.0

Every time, I log into Remote Desktop Manager, there is a lag in my computer. Lag to the point , when I type something , it takes about 5 seconds for it appear on the screen (irrespective of whether I type in Remote Desktop Manager, word or Firefox).

If I close Remote Desktop Manager, everything works normally.

I disabled Anti-Virus, Re-installed my OS and Remote Desktop Manager.

When I open Remote Desktop manager Memory is between 40 to 50 %, CPU 20 to 30 % and Disk 25% to 30 %
When I close Remote Desktop manager Memory is between 20 to 30 %, CPU 10 to 20 % and Disk 5% to 8 %
